The Perfect Gift Guide For That Metalhead Girlie In Your Life
Christmas is right around the corner, and it's always a struggle to find some niche, perfect gift for that weirdo that's always wearing black T-Shirts. Or not. I'm cooking up a gift guide for that metalhead lady in your life- from subtle options to your classic merchandise.
Watch out video on it now!:
Impericon Sleep Token Sweater
A lot of girlies can unite with their love of Sleep Token, and I'm so excited that I found this- I had no idea that Sleep Token had an ugly Christmas sweater- let alone an actual knit sweater versus a printed crewneck.
Price: $77.99
Stanley Cups
I know it's on my Christmas wish list. But, in case you're wondering what a pretty solid, utilitarian, and one of my personal favorite gifts are: Stanleys!
The Midnight Glitz Tumbler
Price: $45
Corpse Paint Soaps
Is it a little gimmicky? Yes. But that's what makes it cute. This is an officially licensed Ghost (the band) soap bar, handmade in Finland. This vegan soap is scented with Siberian fir & lemon essential oils, and I think that would probably smell really good.
Price: $17.50
The Metalhead Box
This gift would be perfect for the metalhead in your life that loves physical media, and is constantly exploring new music. The box includes anything from CD's, T-Shirts, posters, autographs, stickers, download cards, and all kinds of different stuff.
Price: $30/month
All The Hot Beverages
A hot bev' is the perfect addition to a cold winter day, or just those groggy mornings where everybody sucks, and you wanna break stuff. And unsurprisingly, there's a lot of brands that are all centered around bringing you coffee, or tea, with that metalhead twist. So, instead of just an individual product- here's a list of Coffee/Tea brands.

Road Roaster Coffee- Metalhead
Booze
There are SO MANY bands that have come out with their own alcohol brands, and, if you know someone with a bar cart at home or with a personal love for something on the rocks (while, personally, a incredibly sweet fruity lil' cocktail is my personal favorite). Finding one of their favorite bands with a alcohol line may be the perfect gift. However, a lot of the time they come with a hefty price tag. Much like this bottle of tequila, that costs nearly $250 from a retailer.
Jesus Candle, But It's Ozzy.
This is funny, not too big, and not incredibly inconvenient like other giant 'metal' candles (giant bleeding skulls, monsters, entrails, the list goes on.). It also made me chuckle when I saw it. That is all.
Price: $20
Speaking Of Candles- Her Favorite Fake Boyfriend. In A Candle.
This comes from a strong recommendation from our community- book boyfriends or fandom obsessions alike. There's a pretty decent chance that there's a special fictional someone in a recent consumable piece of media that would make a great gift. Especially when they smell good.
Ghost Candle by Embers Ashes Co. on Etsy
Price: $20
ACOTAR Inspired Night Court Candle by CatnipNSpellbound on Etsy
Price: $27.89
Fourth Wing Xaden Candle by Briarwick on Etsy
Price: $6.50+
Band Merch. It's That Simple.
Shopping from band sites, record label sites, or even going in for an immediate fix at brick and mortar shops is a great place to find merchandise for the current hyper fixation band. Or, even a long term love band. A lot of the time, we won't buy ourselves that fancy sweatshirt. So, finding it under the tree or inside some shiny giftwrap is an amazing surprise.
Fancy Gel Insoles
If you're going to concerts or festivals and haven't gotten a pair of nice insoles. Bro. What are you doing? It's either time to get some for yourself, or add it to your Christmas list.
Hiking/Trail/Longer Wool Socks
This goes along with my earlier point- and these are definitely investments that pay off when you're wearing boots and are at a show. Nice wool socks are amazing for your feet during a hot (or cold!) festival, concert, or just for everyday existence. I started wearing wool trail socks to festivals, and I'll never go back.
Cotopaxi x Bombas Merino Wool Blend Hiking Calf Sock 3-Pack
Price: $78
Girlypop Metal Clothing Brands
Clothing brands that keep popping up on my feed, at festivals, the list goes on. But the all encompassing theme is that A- They're involved in the metal scene, and you've probably seen them before, and B- it's fun. And I like their clothes. Both of these brands I've worked with, met, and shopped at during my festival attendance, and maybe they have something that tickles your fancy too.
Pretty Cult-
You've more than likely seen their flannels before. And, they'd be the perfect addition to your winter/fall wardrobe. Or haunting the local forest? Idk what you do with your free time, but you do do.
Samhain Night Flannel
Price: $65
Nowhere Fast-
Accessories
Disturbia has some awesome jewelry, and looking at their catalog there is probably something for everyone.
