Korn Cancels Concert Due to Positive COVID-19 Case, New Variant Dubbed Kornvid-19

Tonight (Saturday 8/14) Korn canceled a concert with Staind scheduled to perform at the Pavilion at Montage Mountain in Scranton, Pennsylvania. It hasn't been disclosed if the person who has tested positive was a member of the band, but they did vaguely say that someone in '"The Korn camp" has tested positive for Covid-19. It's unclear if it is a part of the surge of the Delta variant cases.

But other than that? I make a motion that this incident is considered the case of Kornvid-19.

"We're deeply sorry for this unfortunate last minute news, but please hold on to your tickets while we work to get your rescheduled date sorted ASAP with Live Nation and the pavilion at Montage Mountain," Korn's note via their Twitter post continues, "Thank you for your understanding, and stay safe out there. We'll be back soon."
