(a).
Honestly, I've been in a weird Blues and Jazz kick lately so,
Lightnin Hopkins
Weather Report
Wes Montgomery
Robert Johnson
Albert King
Leadbelly

Oh, and Cubanate's new album is rad

Laken: Name is vvvvvvvvv. Social is I'm an illegal immigrant, you can tell by my helicopter name. I listen to all kinds of sounds. Recently though I've been on the early 2000s "emo punk" phase...so MCR, Senses Fail, Frank Sinatra, ya know, all the greatest 2000s hits.

2 Where are you from?

Caleb: Connecticunt since birth

Eddie: Born in Baltic, CT. Raised in Lebanon, CT

Laken: My hometown of Test Tube

3 Name at least one weird habit that you have that you regularly do, and has anyone ever noticed you doing it?

Caleb: False

Eddie: Biting the skin on my lips, and I don't think so.

Laken: I think too far ahead of the conversation and to catch up with my mind I end up mashing words together effectively saying nonsense and never making to those key points. Tragic.

4 What do you think about Heavy Vibe? Or media in general, if you could say something to let all people working in media know, what would it be?

Caleb: What's Heavy Vibe

Eddie: I like how you reached out to us for an interview, we really appreciate that. Media is obviously an important industry because it channels information to people. Whether it's accurate or not. Those newsboys gotta stop being so spooky

Laken: Social media is the new boss. It has to the power to make gold out of cat videos or destroy a life based on words out of context or common human error. It's a very tight rope.

5 What do you like most about working in the music industry and what do you like least about it?

Caleb: We don't work in the industry

Eddie: I like performing the most. I hate all the constant self-promoting though.

Laken: EVERYBODY loves music in one way or another even the deaf (Not joking just to be crystal). Criticism is tough, but we're no stranger to ass mouth. That's probably where some people get discouraged enough to quit playing, unfortunately.

6 Do you have a mentor?

Caleb: Nah

Eddie: My Highschool music teacher Mr. Garcia, he taught me to be more open-minded with music. He also locked me and a shed and beat the shit out of me with a hose.

Laken: YouTube?

7 If you could meet one celebrity, who would you meet? (dead or alive)

Caleb: I don't care about celery

Eddie: The correct answer is Keith Richards, but a close second is 唐太宗

Laken: I wouldn't want to do that to anyone.

8 What was your dream job when you were you were younger?

Caleb: Video Game Designer Chef Musician?

Eddie: When I was a kid I wanted to be a Racecar Driver cause my Dad used to do it.

Laken: Video game design. All the outrageous stuff we can't do in real life can legally be done.

9 Name something that makes you uncomfortable, pet peeve, phobia, etc. and explain why.

Caleb: Living

Eddie: Its a hard tie between people who stop in front of you in public, and adults on bicycles that don't move to the side of the road.

Laken: Since we're in music talk mode I'll say "teachers" that play a lick or sweep beyond the student's current capabilities and say "it's easy, just do it like this."

10 Who is the best cook in the band?

11 Where was or would be your favorite place to perform?

Caleb: Somewhere with more than 20 people in attendance.

Eddie: 33 Golden Street in New London is like our home. Dusk in Providence is a close second.

Laken: In my backyard or in the money chamber at Chucky Cheese

12 Name one time you have broken the rules.

Caleb: Drugs are good they make you do things you know you not should and when you do em people think that you're cool

Eddie: I set the woods on fire when I was 12

Laken: uhoh

13 Who is your biggest musical influence?

Caleb: Can't Specify

Eddie: It's tough to pick one, but I'd have to say Megadeth. They kinda set the gears in motion and made me want to start writing music.

Laken: Noises

14 If you could go on tour with any band or artist, who would you go with? (You can list more than one)

Caleb: idk

Eddie: Street Sects, Uniform, Chrome Corpse and A C I D H E N G E. Let's get that shit going

Laken: So many....but like a similar question I'm going to say I don't want to do that to anyone..though I heard BDM and PTV are very good partiers and actually like interacting with their fans.

15 Do you like spicy food? Why?

Caleb: Yeah cuz it makes my wagon wheel hurt, pain is pleasure baby

Eddie: Yes. Mmm

Laken: Sometimes, when I hate my butthole and the person who plans to use the bathroom after me.

16 Are you usually late, early, or on time?

Caleb: Late is great

Eddie: Usually early but not too early

Laken: Early almost 99% of the time. Being on time, for me, is pretty much being late.

17 How often do you use the internet?

Caleb: Not often

Eddie: Constantly

Laken: Literally at this moment.

18 What scares you the most, and why does it scare you so much?

Caleb: Crayfish

Eddie: I'm honestly scared of not having anything to show for myself. When I'm dead I want to be remembered for something.

Laken: Losing my kids. Not other people's kids, but my own. By the way, I'm open if you need a babysitter.

19 What is your favorite kind of animal and why?

Caleb: I like turtles

Eddie: Polar Bear, hands down. I challenge anyone's favorite animal to fight a Polar Bear. Get rekt

Laken: Children because they are fucking monsters. It's awesome how savage they can be.

20 What is the nastiest thing a fan has ever done to you, and what is the best thing a fan has ever done?

Caleb: What's a fan

Eddie: Nastiest: Back in 2012 I played a show with Hopscotch and the Tickled Fancy's in Hartford. After our set, this girl with purple hair came up and tried selling me some bands CD. It was $10 but I felt like bartering. We settled on $2 for the CD and a lock of her purple hair. She couldn't find scissors so she JUST RIPPED A CHUNK OF HAIR OFF OF HER HEAD. With like no effort. It was gross. To be fair though the CD I ended up buying is easily one of my top 10 albums of all time. It's so bad.

Best thing: Just saying something nice after our set qualifies as the best thing.

Laken: Fans?
